We accept private pay for Non-Medicare clients in FL. We also accept private pay for patients in VA, MD and DC (for Telehealth). 

We are in network with Medicare Part B for patients in FL. 

We are not in network with any insurance companies outside of Medicare. Therefore, our services will require out of pocket payment. We can provide a Superbill for the patient to submit for reimbursement. You will need to be in touch with your insurance company to see whether you have Out of Network OT benefits.
